  2. Floor plan & labelling — we create a destination floor plan, every carton and item gets a colour-coded label.
  3. Packing — done after working hours or on a weekend, room by room, with serial-number tracking for IT.
  4. Transport & unload — closed trucks, secure transit, items placed at the labelled destination.
  5. IT bring-up — optional weekend service to power up workstations and servers so Monday morning is BAU.
